About the Role
Sehat General Hospital is looking for a Clinical Nurse to join our Oncology & General Ward teams. You will play a key role in delivering patient-centred nursing care, supporting oncology treatments, and ensuring smooth ward operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to oncology and general ward patients.

• Assist in chemotherapy preparation, administration monitoring, and post-treatment care.

• Coordinate patient assessments, vital signs tracking, and care plans.

• Support physicians during ward rounds and escalate clinical concerns as needed.

• Administer medications safely and maintain accurate clinical documentation.

• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment expectations and home care instructions.

• Uphold infection control and safety protocols at all times.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with a valid practising certificate.

• Experience in Oncology, Medical-Surgical, or Ward Nursing preferred.

• Strong patient communication and clinical assessment skills.

• Ability to work in a structured ward setting with rotating shifts.

• Compassionate, detail-oriented, and reliable team player.
