About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Pharmacist to join our hospital team in Singapore. You will provide advanced pharmaceutical care, oversee medication management, and support the training and supervision of junior pharmacists to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes.

• Key Responsibilities

• Oversee dispensing, compounding, and verification of medications.
• Provide clinical advice to doctors, nurses, and patients on safe drug use.
• Supervise and mentor junior pharmacists and pharmacy staff.
• Ensure compliance with MOH, HSA, and hospital medication standards.
• Contribute to audits, quality improvement, and patient safety initiatives.

• Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy.
• Registered with the Singapore Pharmacy Council (SPC).
• Minimum 5+ years’ hospital pharmacy experience, with supervisory exposure.
• Strong clinical knowledge and patient-care orientation.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
