We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Clinician to join our hospital’s General Medicine team. The successful candidate will provide advanced nursing care, patient education, and clinical support in collaboration with physicians and the multidisciplinary team. This role is essential in ensuring high-quality, evidence-based care for patients with a broad range of medical conditions.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive patient care including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.
  • Assist in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients under General Medicine.
  • Administer medications, monitor treatment responses, and manage adverse reactions in accordance with hospital policies.
  • Educate patients and families on medical conditions, treatment options, and preventive care.
  • Support physicians in performing procedures and ensure smooth coordination of care.
  • Participate in ward rounds, case discussions, and multidisciplinary team meetings.
  • Supervise and mentor junior nurses, providing guidance on clinical practices and patient management.
  • Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and hospital regulatory standards.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
  • Qualifications & Requirements
  • Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid practicing license.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (or equivalent); advanced nursing certification preferred.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a hospital setting (General Medicine experience advantageous).
  • Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
  • Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous professional development.
  • Working Conditions
  • Based in Hospital – General Medicine Ward/Clinic.
  • Rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
  • Exposure to patients with acute and chronic medical conditions.
