• About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Clinician Nurse to provide advanced clinical expertise, mentorship, and leadership within our healthcare team. Based in Singapore, you will play a key role in patient care, clinical decision-making, and guiding nursing standards across the department.

• Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based patient care in line with clinical guidelines.
• Lead, mentor, and train nursing staff to enhance professional standards.
• Collaborate with doctors and multidisciplinary teams on treatment planning.
• Support clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and patient safety programs.
• Contribute to the development of care protocols and best practices.

• Qualifications
• Registered Nurse with valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) license.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; advanced certification preferred.
• At least 5–8 years of clinical nursing experience, with senior or leadership exposure.
• Strong clinical knowledge, leadership, and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication and patient care abilities.
