We are seeking an experienced Clinical Scientist to support global clinical development activities within a multinational pharmaceutical environment based in Basel, Switzerland. The role will contribute to the design, execution, and scientific oversight of clinical studies, working closely with cross-functional teams including Clinical Operations, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Biostatistics, and Safety. Responsibilities include protocol development, clinical data review, study documentation support, and participation in scientific and strategic discussions across multiple development programs.

The successful candidate will provide scientific expertise throughout various phases of clinical development and support the interpretation of efficacy and safety data to help advance innovative therapies. Candidates with strong experience in oncology, biologics, immunology, rare diseases, or related therapeutic areas within pharmaceutical or biotechnology environments are highly preferred. Strong communication skills and experience working within global matrix organizations will be advantageous.
