The role involves site initiation, routine monitoring visits, source data verification, issue resolution, and maintaining effective communication with investigators, site coordinators, sponsors, and internal study teams.

Key responsibilities include reviewing patient recruitment progress, ensuring accurate documentation, verifying data integrity, supporting site training activities, tracking study timelines, and assisting with regulatory submissions where required. The CRA will also help identify and escalate site risks, protocol deviations, and patient safety concerns in a timely manner.

Candidates should possess a degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related discipline, with prior experience in clinical research or oncology trials preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential. Knowledge of ICH-GCP, clinical trial processes, and regulatory compliance is highly desirable.
