The Clinical Trial Manager (CTM) is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of clinical trials in accordance with study protocols, ICH-GCP guidelines, regulatory requirements, and company SOPs. The role involves managing study timelines, budgets, investigational sites, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure clinical studies are conducted efficiently and with high-quality standards.
Key responsibilities include supervising CRAs and study teams, monitoring trial progress, managing study risks and escalations, supporting patient recruitment strategies, coordinating with investigators and sponsors, and ensuring timely delivery of clinical milestones and documentation. The CTM will also support audit readiness, regulatory inspections, and collaboration across clinical operations, medical affairs, data management, and regulatory teams.
Candidates should possess a degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related discipline, with prior experience in clinical research and clinical trial management preferred. Strong project management, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential. Experience managing regional or global clinical studies within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO environments is highly desirable.
