Job Description: As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will spearhead digital marketing strategy, including but not limited to: paid search and advertising campaigns, marketing automation efforts, email marketing initiatives, social media and search engine marketing to drive channel sales revenue. You must have strong technical knowledge to oversee and manage the E-Commerce Content Management System, delivering website content and additionally engaging creative teams and external agencies. . Responsibilities: • Own day-to-day operations of the ecommerce portal CMS, including content updates, pricing and promotions, brands and product management, social media and marketing. • Create and manage ecommerce and related content to optimize conversions and ensure relevancy, consistency of brand story-telling and commerce. Improve customer acquisition, engagement and retention by leveraging available analytics and campaign tools. • Manage ecommerce reporting, including campaign performance, product performance, user behaviour, and content. Leverage available analytics and tools to understand user trends and growth opportunities and make content improvements and product recommendations based on these insights. • Understand user profiles and customer journeys across channels and proactively identify customer needs. Coordinate with various teams to execute content and site enhancements, improving user experience to meet those needs. • Work with the Marketing team to support brand and product marketing efforts, and incorporate ecommerce sales, profit and customer experience metrics to measure campaign performance. Skills And Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in related technical field or equivalent work experience. • At least five years of relevant experience. • Experience managing CMS, eCommerce, EDMs platforms (Magento, WordPress, MailChimp etc.) including frontend programming knowledge of HTML, CSS. Hands-on experience with web design and development processes. • Experience with digital marketing strategies, campaign planning, implementation and reports, data analytics, optimizing engagement and conversion funnels. • Self-motivated and comfortable working both independently, as part of collaborative project teams and ability to communicate with all organizational levels. • Good knowledge with Google Analytics, Adobe Photoshop, illustrator and design tools. • Creative with a good eye for design, strong organizational skills and ability
