The R&D Scientist will support the research, development, testing, and improvement of hearing healthcare devices and technologies within the organization. The role involves working closely with engineering, clinical, regulatory, and product teams to evaluate product performance, conduct technical analysis, support validation activities, and contribute to the development of innovative hearing solutions. Candidates with backgrounds in biomedical sciences, audiology, acoustics, biomedical engineering, or related fields will be highly advantageous.
